Materials Used

Plaster Star (Approximately 10.5cm in diameter, 1cm high)
Crystal Glass Shapes
PVA Adhesive (a clear drying PVA adhesive is fine) for adhering the tiles to the plaster base
E6000 adhesive or Clear Liquid Nails for adhering the top tier of tiles
Black Grout
String for hanging the stars
Grout cleanup supplies (container, sponges, or cloth)
Paint brush for applying the adhesive

Instructions

Spend some time planning the layout of your design, ensuring that it wil fit onto the face without having to cut your tiles. Consider adding an additional layer of tiles to add dimension and detail to your design.
Apply the PVA adhesive to the face of the Plaster Star
Lay the first tier of tiles in adhesive, if you wish you can cut the tiles to get a better fit.
Allow adhesive to full dry
Grout and buff. If you haven't grouted before, click here to get detailed instructions.
Add the second tier of tiles once the grout has dried, using E6000 adhesive or Clear Liquid Nails. You can use any adhesive that is tacky, clear drying and adheres glass to glass.
