Our online store remains open to take your orders during the Covid-19 lockdown period. We are very grateful for your continued support of The Mosaic Store. Delivering your order safely and promptly is always our goal however unfortunately service levels have been impacted by the lockdown. There may be some disruption to our normal operations during this period as detailed below.
As an importer of products, we have been impacted by shutdowns in other countries and changes to international freight channels. We are working to secure as much stock as we can, but you will notice changes to our product range during this period. We are working to develop exciting new product ranges and project ideas, which will be unveiled in the weeks to come.
We urge all of our customers to purchase what you need to complete your project, as we cannot guarantee we will be able source individual products during this period.
Processing Of Your Order
We are currently receiving a significantly greater number of orders than normal, as people look for things to occupy their time. This has slowed the processing of orders, but we are working hard to get your orders out as soon as we can. If you require your order urgently please let us know as we will do our best to get it into the mail for you asap.

Delivery of Your Order
Our dispatch team is taking this pandemic very seriously, with extra precautions in place to make sure that your orders are packed and delivered to you in the safest possible way. We have ramped up our cleaning and hygiene processes and implemented the recommended social distancing between our packing team members.
All of our parcels are sent via Australia Post. Due to the current outbreak of coronavirus in Australia, Australia Post has updated the delivery and collection process in order to protect their staff, customers and your parcels.
If you require a signature on your parcel and you are present at the time of delivery, a driver or postie will sign on your behalf. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your parcel will be dropped off at the nearest post office, in which case an Australia Post staff member will ask and record your name on your behalf.
The Australia Post delivery network has experienced significant delays nationwide over the last few weeks. They are working hard to clear the backlog and get your parcel to you as soon as possible, we ask for your patience as this occurs.
